If you have questions about what classes you are teaching, please contact the Registrar's office.

If you know the class you will be teaching but have not taught that class at Emory before, our Bookstore can provide you with a list of prior textbooks. Contact Barnes & Noble at Emory 404-727-6222 or via email.

If you know what texts you will be using but need desk/comp copies, or if you would like to know what a publisher offers for a topic you will be teaching, you or your assistant may contact the publisher directly to request titles for current or prospective courses.
To help you get started, here are a few legal publishers and their contact information. For a full list see Findlaw's list of legal publishers. Please be propared to provide the course name/number, approximate enrollment, and the semester it will be taught. Some publishers offer digital review copies in addition to, or as a replacement for, print copies.

Aspen Publishers Examination copies of Aspen Legal Education books are generally available. Place orders by phone or online. A title available as an examination copy has an “exam copy” button on its product page.

Carolina Academic Press Review copies can be requested by filling out the request form linked on the bottom of the product page of each textbook.

LexisNexis Provides access to both their Digital Library, as well as a way to request physical Review Copies.

Oxford University Press Many titles are available as examination copies. A title available as an examination copy has a “request examination copy” link on its product page.

West Academic (series include Hornbooks, Concise Hornbooks, Nutshells, Concepts and Insights, Foundations of Law, Turning Point Series and University Textbooks) also provides access to Digital Review Copies via individual access codes as well as physical Review Copies you may request by email or by phone at 800-313-9378.
