discoverE v. EUCLID for the Emory Law Community

•  Note that links to EUCLID on the Law Library website will stay where they are.  There is a link to the discoverE interface in the upper left corner of the EUCLID home page.

FAQ:  As a law student, when should I use discoverE and when should I use EUCLID?

Interdisciplinary research = discoverE

When you need to do interdisciplinary research, discoverE can be a good place to start.  Use discoverE to search for non-law books and articles.

Legal research = EUCLID

When you need to do legal research or cite-check, continue to use EUCLID to search for legal treatises, law journals and sources of primary law.  To search for law journal articles, you should continue to use the appropriate Law Library Electronic Resources (Hein, Lexis, Westlaw and Current Index to Legal Periodicals).
