    • Note the citation format for nominatives

Official Reports

  • Court reports published by sanction of statute or court rule, may have court or legislative supervision and approval in publication
  • In some jurisdictions, commercial reporters designated as official
  • U.S. Reports:  official reporter for Supreme Court of the United States
  • No official reporters for other Federal courts
  • Some official state reports:  Georgia has Georgia Reports, Georgia Appeals Reports
